-Prices-

The price of each product is shown in euros and includes all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges. French VAT applies if the delivery address is in an EU country until we exceed the threshold set by European legislation; once this threshold is exceeded, the VAT applied will be that of the destination country.

Any customs duties and charges incurred on shipments outside the European Union are on the customer charge.

-Payment-

You can pay by bank wire, credit card, Paypal, Google Pay or Apple Pay.

Wire bank transfer : For EU members only, the bank informations are communicated after you placed your order.

Credit card : we accept CB, Visa and MasterCard, the transaction is secured on E-transactions plateform.

-Orders-

Orders are valid at the full payment receipt.
If you placed an order for a product that is no longer available your order will be canceled and you will be refund.
iXu Deviance can refuse or cancel any order from a contentious customer.

You can't cancel an order if the item is marked "back order", "pre-order" or "tentative pre-order".

-Delivery-

The delivery schedule and shipping cost are visible when you place your order or in the Payment & shipping page.

All products are shipped from France. Available products are shipped within 2 business days and pre-order items got a ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival). The delivery schedules are an average, iXu Deviance is not responsible of the carrier delay. You can't ask compensation for a delay.

At the delivery if an item is not in accordance with the order(missing parts, wrong item, item broken, etc...), the customer can use the contact form.

-Return-

An item return must be done within 14 business days after the delivery.
Return item must be unused, undamaged and with his original packing. It's important to keep the box or blister sealed.
You must return the item to this address : iXu Deviance 23A Rue Jacob Amann 68160 Echery, France.
Customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

-Refund-

Refunds are done 4 to 5 days after the items receipt.

iXu Deviance will never communicate customers data to any third party also the customer can access, change and suppress his data.
